The first Youth Olympic competitions for ski jumping and nordic combined will take place over the weekend. Jumping the K114 in Steamboat for the first time.
What aspect of the sport have you improved on this year?
Cross Country ski technique. I improved this by analyzing World Cup athletes.

It means everything to me.
