While this is Cameron’s last year as a junior ski jumper it is by no means the end of an incredible journey that started many years ago on the Lebanon K25 with Jon Farnham. The sport has taken our family to Lake Placid, Salisbury, CT, Brattleboro, VT, and Anchorage, Alaska along with many other places. At one point I joked that we had taken up part-time residence in Lake Placid. I swear we were in Lake Placid more than NH. There have been many victories and heartbreaks on this long road trip. The journey has included a new name- Camerton – (thank you Larry Stone), studded diamond earrings (not sure who to thank for that one). Four Junior Nationals, many Eastern Championships, some international competitions at Harris Hill, and many more. But this amazing trip would never have happened without all the great coaches Cameron has had. It truly has taken a village to complete this journey.
