Kevin started jumping at the Norge Ski Club in Fox River Grove, IL when he was nine years old and competed throughout the Central Division. As a member of five Junior National Teams, he was the silver medalist two years running before taking the championship titles in 2012 and 2013. He was also a member of three World Junior teams and finished 11th place in 2016. In 2017, Kevin set the U.S. distance record (244.5 meters) in Vikersund, Norway.
