Elias Oswald

Elias Oswald is 15 years old and currently lives in Anchorage, Alaska, where he grew up skiing with the Nordic Ski Association of Anchorage, Team AK and Alaska Winter Stars clubs.

Oswald’s parents have had him on Nordic Skis since he could first walk. His father and uncle both Ski Jumped as kids, and he was first able to try the sport in first grade.

Oswald is currently a freshman at Service High School, and is enrolled at the University of Anchorage Alaska, through the Alaska Native Science and Engineering for academic classes. 

When he isn’t training or competing, Oswald enjoys speed skating, rock climbing, biking and backcountry skiing.
