Ronen Woods was born in Anchorage, Alaska, and currently lives in Lillehammer, Norway. Woods grew up next to a ski hill and first tried skiing at 3 years old, and never stopped after that. He then joined the Team Ak Ski Jumping club.
He currently attends Robert Service High School, as well as NTG Lillehammer in Norway.
